Wearing parts and equipment damage caused by customer's reasons are not included in the free warranty.
Ⅱ. LIJIANG has the own system for after sale service, which including three parts.
1. When LIJIANG equipment arrive customer’s factory, LIJIANG can send engineers to customer’s factory for installation, adjustment and personnel train with free commission. However, customers should bear the engineer’s round-trip air tickets and accommodation.
2. During the warranty year, if there is problem with LIJIANG equipment, LIJIANG will provide timely technology support online firstly. However, if engineer has to go to customer’s factory repair machines, the customer should bear the round-trip air tickets and accommodation. Please notes, if there is damaged spare because of LIJIANG, LIJIANG will prepare them in advance (Except wearing parts).
3. Beyond the warranty period, if LIJIANG equipment has problem, LIJIANG will provide timely technology support online firstly. However, if customers request LIJIANG engineer, the customer should bear the engineer’s round-trip air tickets and accommodation, also the customer should pay LIJIANG 150 dollars per day as service commission.
Note: Before LIJIANG engineers go to customer’s factory, the customer should send the air tickets and hotel details in advance. LIJIANG will arrange the engineer's itinerary and maintenance items ASAP.
